I'm setting up my eCrater flat-rate shipping zones and needed to know which European countries are and are not members of the EU. So, I am posting this list for my own future reference, as well as yours, and will keep it updated at least as often as the USPS changes its rates. If you want to double-check the list for accuracy, simply click the EU link at the end of this post. If you happen to find a discrepancy, please do let me know so I can update the list.
