A member of my Etsy team just reminded me about them, so I've added it to my To Do List to check them out. I was just curious if anyone else has looked into or has used them? They apparently have shipping labels that are even cheaper than Etsy and they're not raising their prices when the new USPS rates go into effect.
The main things I'm wondering are if they have a monthly fee like other places do and how good are they about honoring insurance claims? Fortunately, I've never had to file a claim, but I'd certainly like to make sure I'm covered if the need arises.
ETA: Connie just answered my first question...they just require a credit card on file, which I don't have a problem with.

Okay, I finally had a moment to check them out and see that they offer Commercial Plus pricing. Their rates match Etsy's, but it will come in handy when I sell items outside of Etsy since PayPal only offers Commercial Base pricing. They also offer international shipping and insure Priority packages up to $100 with no extra charge. The also offer Priority Mail Cubic pricing which is the cheapest way to go for small packages weighing up to 20 lbs. I just did a quick check of a 7x7x6 box and it is definitely cheaper than the commercial base rates (not sure about commercial plus). Here's their page on that subject: Priority Mail Cubic PricingHere's their rate-checker page if you want to check it out: Rate CalculatorThey also have some cool features: Pirate Ship's FeaturesYou can create a free account and they even have free integration software for some eCommerce sites like Etsy, eBay and Shopify, among others. I'll definitely be creating an account with them for future use, especially since I'll be selling on Shopify soon.
