I'm including shipping on all of my items since I rarely have multiple item orders. Then I got to thinking, well how can I encourage peeps to buy more than one item? Since I have a lot of popular CDs, many now out of print, there should at least be someone out there willing to buy more than one. My prices, even with shipping included, are comparable to Amazon's pricing. Then I got the idea that maybe I should offer a 10-15% discount on multiple item orders. For the lower-priced items, I could do a 15% discount and, for the higher-priced items, I could do a 10% discount. That way folks won't feel like they're paying too much for shipping since it's included in the price. I also won't be losing money on shipping. Why didn't I think of this before? GEEZ! Anywho, I just suddenly had the thought while working on editing these descriptions and thought I'd share. So, now that I have, back to editing...

I guess I am not a follower of "FREE SHIPPING"
The majority of my items has shipping cost separate and that I am will to combine shipping. The few items that does have Free Shipping are those that are border line between First Class and Priority / Flat Rate / Regional rate. It gives me the choice to ship those items.
Also, I separate the shipping costs because some of the selling sites don't use or limits the shipping commission fees. (eCrater - no fees on shipping, Bonanza - no fees up to $10.00 shipping cost) I look at it as a savings.

Etsy charges fees on shipping now and I don't mind paying the extra to eCrater since they're such a low-cost, seller-friendly site. Now if I could actually get some sales on eCrater to pay them fees on -- it's been since May! It's like I've gone back to how it used to be in the first few years of selling there before I started getting more regular sales there.
