Tweet Adder at www.tweetadder.com/
I use Tweetadder. Well worth the money. It will tweet for me 24/7 if I want it too. The hardest part about it is creating the lists of tweets that you want to feed into it. They can be as detailed or as simple as you want. I have a database of over 1000 tweets that I feed into it every day. Half are promotional, half are special interest. Most of them have images included.
It does take awhile to compile it all, but well worth it. then you only have to add new products and remove those that sold on a regular basis. I've had mine for a few years now so I can't tell you how much the program costs now. There are free automated tweeters out there, but they require alot of manual entry on your part and it takes several hours to load a huge database into it every day, one at a time. The nice thing about Tweet adder is you just choose your documents to load, and in 2 minutes, you're done.

Just posting an update. Tweetadder is no longer a usable service. After 8 years, Twitter denied their API and shut them down. There are other programs out there you can use, searching "Tweetadder" on Twitter will reveal those other sources. Personally, I am successfully using Tweetjukebox since May.
